"In Rainbows" is the seventh studio album by British rock band Radiohead, released in 2007. The work is a synthesis of the genres of art rock, alternative rock and indie rock. The album was produced by Nigel Godrich. The sound is based on the interaction of acoustic and electric guitars, the use of Fender Rhodes, Martenot (Ondes Martenot) and digital rhythm sections. The compositional structure is built on complex rhythmic principles, where elements of jazz and electronic music are combined with classic rock arrangements. The album features musicians: Thom Yorke, Jonny Greenwood, Colin Greenwood, Ed O'Brien and Philip Selway. The album is characterized by multi-layered vocal parts, minimalist percussion and instrumental precision. This release reflects the evolution of experimental rock music in the mid-2000s.
